I paid extra for the insurance simply because the lady who sold me the ring said it covered a one time replacement do to lost or stolen. Awesome right? Not so much. I lost the ring. I went to get a replacement and what do i find out, they don't cover lost or stolen. This is why people don't trust salespeople. Needless to say I will purchase another ring just not from Zales.
