- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 25, 2019, by Marie BarrLong wait times, unhappy agents, The last wait in the store was 3.5 hours. Please add some staff, and work on customer service. Most of the employees are unhappy working there as we overheard two speaking about it at the same table we were sitting at. Also, it would be nice to have someone acknowledge people as they walk in.
