  We've been standing outside for a while waiting for them to open. They're supposed to open at 10 (as per hours stated on the door), but they're not opening and no one is answering the phone. Looks like I'll be leaving and won't be getting what I needed. In definitely not returning. Disappointed.

  To busy gossiping to help me! Around Christmas time I received an email about a sale, I entered the store and asked an associate for help; she was too busy talking to help and just motioned and told me to read the signs. Then she and her associates were laughing and joking so loud it sounded more like a bar at happy hour then a professional establishment. Very disrespectful, very discourteous, very disappointing. I use to love Lane Bryant but since the Dothan branch began hiring from only one race of associates and not diversifying their staff the service has not only dropped it has plummeted.
